WOD 220514 Speed

Snelheid en explosiviteits training met oa in de skill training Double Unders en Thrusters. Conditioning: Plyometrics.

WOD 220514: AMRAP EMOM 1 minute to perform 10 kettlebell swings (16/24) and 10 lunges. Add 2 reps for each movenent every minute. If you cannot perform the designated amount of reps in that minute, you stop. Score is total amount of completed reps.

10/10, 12/12, 14/14, 16/16, 18/18, 20/20, etc.
